Timeline 2009
Registration deadline will be 9 October. Please register as early as possible. After the registration deadline we will decide which teams have a spot in the tournament.
- 1 September
- Registration opens.
- 9 October
- Registration closes.
- 12 October
- List of participating teams and waiting list is published. Each team will receive an email with further information.
- 22 October
- Payment deadline. Teams that have not paid may loose their spot to a team on the waiting list.
- 10 November
- The tournament schedule is published.
- Payment deadline for party.
- 21 November
- First games start at 9 am.
- 22 November
- Closing ceremony ends at 5 pm.
